For our first ever DIPA, we decided to go with Citra CRYO and Nelson Sauvin hops. Citra Cryo Hops® utilise the most innovative technology in cryogenic processing resulting in the preservation of essential oils and resins giving you Citrus, Grapefruit, Lime, tropical fruits. Nelson Sauvin’s name is derived from the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape to which many agree has similar flavour and aroma characteristics, rich, fruity, gooseberry and white-wine flavours.
